How we calculate experience
Time to say goodbye to static keywords. Let’s be honest: they don’t mean much. When looking for your next rockstar you are not looking for someone who said a certain keyword x many times. And yet you will be surprised how many fall victim to this trap. It’s a lot easier to fill up a CV with a lot of buzzwords to get attention. It is not, however, as easy to fake jobs.
And this is where we come in. Our search engine only looks for skills inside experiences and aggregates them. Keeping in mind things like gaps or concurrent jobs. Someone who’s worked for 1 year in 2 jobs as a Python Developer has 1 year of experience in Python and not 2.
